Welcome to DailyHaziraJob! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By using DailyHaziraJob, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About DailyHaziraJob

DailyHaziraJob is an online micro-work platform that connects Buyers seeking specific services with Sellers offering those services. The platform facilitates service listing, ordering, delivery, and payments between parties.

Buyers

• Can browse and purchase services from Sellers.

• Must provide clear, accurate, and complete requirements for orders.

• Agree to make timely payments as per order terms.

Sellers

• Can create service listings (“Jobs”) with clear pricing, descriptions, and delivery timelines.

• Are responsible for delivering services in accordance with order requirements.

• Must not post misleading, false, or prohibited content.

4. Service Orders & Transactions

• All transactions must be conducted through the DailyHaziraJob platform.

• Buyers are obligated to pay for services they order.

• Sellers are obligated to deliver services according to the agreed terms.

• DailyHaziraJob may hold payments in escrow until order completion and approval.

5. Fees and Payments

• DailyHaziraJob may charge service fees, commissions, or transaction processing fees.

• Exact fee structures will be displayed to users during order placement or job posting.

• All payments and withdrawals are processed via approved payment gateways.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Buyers and Sellers should attempt to resolve disputes between themselves first.

• If unresolved, either party may escalate the issue to DailyHaziraJob support for mediation.

• DailyHaziraJob reserves the right to make final decisions in disputes to protect platform integrity.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

• Offer or request illegal or unethical services.

• Circumvent platform fees by making external transactions.

• Use offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

Violations may result in account suspension, removal of services, or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

• Sellers retain rights to their original content but grant DailyHaziraJob a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote their services on the platform.

• Users agree not to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others.

9. Limitation of Liability

DailyHaziraJob acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not liable for:

• The quality, legality, or delivery of services provided by Sellers.

• Any direct or indirect damages arising from platform use.

• Disputes or losses resulting from Buyer-Seller interactions.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to the Terms

DailyHaziraJob reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

• DailyHaziraJob may terminate or suspend user accounts without prior notice for:
• Violations of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activities.
• Actions harmful to the platform’s reputation or security.
